Emis overhead cranes are used in all industrial processes, from light to heavy handling, integrating seamlessly with building structures thanks to their different installation options. High-quality components and careful engineering ensure reliable and flexible operation.
OVERHEAD CRANES
Emis gantry cranes are ideal for every need, from handling precast elements to building major infrastructure. Every crane Emis builds to the client’s specific requirements is assembled and tested at our facilities before being installed at the end customer’s site.
GANTRY CRANES
Emis jib cranes are a simple and practical solution, generally used to serve individual workstations. Their key feature is the ability to fit work areas with limited space where other systems could not be installed. Moreover, thanks to their many possible configurations, they can also be installed in buildings with low ceilings, particular obstacles or specific requirements.
JIB CRANES
We design lifting systems for potentially explosive atmospheres, developed according to the area classification, the substances present and the operating conditions. The machine configuration is defined taking into account ATEX requirements, Ex electrical equipment, mechanical components, surface temperatures and potential ignition sources.
ATEX CRANES
EMIS special systems are designed to adapt to any production requirement. They can be engineered for any duty class and for automatic or semi-automatic handling. Paper mills, foundries, incinerators, waste treatment plants and power plants are just some of the heavy industries where our machines are used.
AUTOMATIC CRANES
Emis lifting beams are designed for every need and cover a wide range of applications. In particular, we build: fixed-hook lifting beams, adjustable-hook lifting beams, modular lifting beams and lifting beams built to customer specifications.

EQUIPMENT
Emis self-propelled carts are specifically designed to best meet the most specific and complex handling needs. Emis manufactures battery-powered self-propelled carts, transfer carts, industrial trailers and lifting platforms.
SELF-PROPELLED CARTS
Emis column lifts are available in both fixed and mobile versions. We build systems with multiple lifts synchronized with each other through a fully automated control system, for lifting large, heavy loads.
COLUMN LIFTS
Emis tilters are designed according to the client’s needs. Increasingly used in manufacturing industries, they ensure high productivity and maximum safety when tilting large, heavy parts.
TILTERS
Emis handling platforms are used to move railway rolling stock, with dimensions and capacities tailored to the client’s requirements. In both the rotating and the traversing versions, purpose-built software allows loading and unloading to be managed and controlled in every required position.
HANDLING PLATFORMS
Used for medium and large water intakes. This configuration makes it possible to reach great depths without any components in the water. Options: automation with remote control, conveyor-belt debris removal system, video surveillance, lifting jib with electric service hoist, power supply via cable reel or festoon line, special protective treatments or stainless steel construction.
ROPE-OPERATED TRASH RAKES
We design and build custom lifting systems with drum winches and wire rope or chain hoists. Fixed or trolley-mounted solutions, standalone or integrated into cranes and special machines. Every configuration is developed based on capacity, travel and working conditions, with the option to integrate multi-layer rope winding, variable speed, load monitoring and synchronized movements. For potentially explosive atmospheres, we offer dedicated ATEX solutions, defined according to the area classification, the substances present and the operating requirements.
