Automated systems for material handling and management
In waste treatment, recovery and recycling plants, handling is an integral part of the process.
The machines must operate with a high degree of continuity, managing repetitive cycles and often particularly harsh environmental conditions.
We design and build automatic cranes and handling systems for waste, biomass and bulk materials, serving the various stages of the process: picking, stockpiling, distribution, mixing, transfer and line feeding.
The machine is integrated with bunkers, hoppers and process equipment, with control logic able to manage operating areas, trajectories, priorities and automatic sequences.
Automation also reduces the need for operators to work directly in the harshest areas and improves the repeatability and control of operations.
When required, we integrate weighing, diagnostics, anti-sway, anti-collision and remote supervision systems.
Structures, components and systems are selected based on the actual environmental conditions, including dust, humidity, contaminants, temperatures and cycle frequency.
The result is a machine designed not as a standalone element, but as a functional part of the entire production process.
