Within an industrial plant, a lifting machine must integrate with the production process, keep pace with its timing and adapt to the plant’s spaces and operating methods. We design and build overhead cranes, gantry cranes, hoists, winches and special handling systems for components, machinery, semi-finished products and production parts.

Every solution is developed starting from the actual operating conditions: capacity, load geometry, cycle frequency, speed, required precision, plant layout, interferences and accessibility. When needed, we integrate variable-speed drives, weighing systems, synchronized movements, radio remote control, sensors, anti-collision devices and automatic or semi-automatic functions.

The design also takes into account the interaction with structures, systems and equipment in the work area, resulting in a machine that is fully integrated into the production environment. We also work on existing systems through revamping, modification and modernization, with the goal of bringing their performance, reliability and safety in line with new operating needs.
