In the energy sector, building, maintaining and operating plants requires equipment that ensures reliability, precision and operational continuity, even under the most demanding conditions of use. Each machine is developed based on the specific application, considering the geometry and characteristics of the load, the distribution of reactions, available space, accessibility, frequency of use and maintenance needs. In the hydroelectric sector, we design and build systems for handling gates and shut-off devices, winches, equipment for water intakes and trash rakes, integrating lifting, handling and automation within the specific needs of the plant.

Trash rakes are developed to clean the screens of water intakes and remove material carried by the water, helping to keep the flow to the plant clear and preserve its operational continuity. The machine’s configuration is defined according to the geometry of the structure, the size of the screen, the characteristics of the material to be removed and the operating conditions of the site.

Depending on the application, systems can include automatic cleaning cycles, controlled movements, systems for collecting and transferring the removed material, sensors and interfacing with the plant’s supervision system, reducing the need for direct operator intervention.

For all applications in the sector, we integrate, when needed, position control, drive synchronization, load monitoring, supervision and dedicated operating sequences, with the goal of achieving precise, safe and fully controlled movements.
